Michael Hackmer, Founder
Born in Boston, Massachusetts in January of 1975, Michael grew up and lived in Concord, MA until 1998. He graduated Phillips Academy, Andover in 1994 and The Catholic University of America in 1998. Briefly attended the Institute of World Politics in the fall of 2000.
Professionally, Michael has worked in government relations and marketing for over 10 years. He currently works for a Virginia-based company called Deltek on their GovWin.com unit as the Senior Community Manager. In this role he manages an online community of over 30,000 members, represented by 14,000+ companies from small to mid-sized businesses to large prime contractors.
Politically, Michael has been involved in Republican, Democratic, Independent and Reform Party campaigns since 1992. He is currently the chairman of the Reform Party of Virginia, and a member of the Executive Committee.
