Welcome to Our Solutions

On behalf of myself and our team of volunteers, thank you for taking time to visit Our Solutions.

Our Solutions was born out of the idea that by working together with other Americans, we can put together solutions to the most critical challenges facing our country.

The goal of this project is simple: to collect as many ideas about how we can create jobs in America, and to share those ideas with our elected officials.

Along the way, we are going to run a series of Online Town Hall Meetings designed to review the ideas shared, collect more ideas, and to give everyone who participates the chance to rank which ideas they support the most. This will provide our elected officials with the ideas that have the most support and should be acted on immediately.

With our national unemployment at over 9% and job growth recently recorded at zero despite trillions of dollars spent on federal stimulus and tax cuts, we are facing a serious crisis in America today. All of us at Our Solutions are very concerned about the current state of the economy, and believe that we cannot wait on the sidelines. We need to take action.

I hope that you will take some time and provide some meaningful ideas.

Just keep in mind some key things as you use the site:
1) Any offensive posts or content that is not relevant to the site’s stated goal will be removed.
2) Once posted, your content is considered public.
3) We are not seeking political donations.
